CookCast #5 – Biscotti with Emily

Emily shows me how to make biscotti as we talk about AC-130’s, cars, flight stories, and setting goals.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 10 Tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1⅓ cups (265g) sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3¼ cup (406g) all purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • ⅔ slivered almonds
  • ⅔ mini chocolate chips, semi-sweet
  • ½ cup dark melting wafers
